  • Field is empty:

The limit is deducted from the payment amount.

  • Value 1:

Allows creation of a payment that is above the limit

  • Value 2:

Dependencies

The processing method depends on the insurance line of business. Make the appropriate settings in Customizing.

  1. Define the processing type (IMG path: Claims Management -> Claim -> Business Settings -> Payments -> Define Payment Processing Category for Direct Input).
  2. Assign the processing method to an insurance line of business and determine the attributes (IMG path: Claims Management -> Claim -> Business Settings -> Payments -> Assign Payment Processing Category for Insurance Line of Business for DI).
