Definition
Use
The employer does not pay any additional benefits to the injured employee as long as the employee is drawing benefits for work incapacity.
This sum must be considered in payments for Workers Compensation.

Example
An example of such an additional (fringe) benefit is the amount for health insurance. Typically the employer pays this amount. However, if the employee is unable to work because of work-related injury, the employer does not pay this additional benefit. It is irrelevant whether the health insurer has to pay these additional benefits or not.
