Definition
The calculation is as follows:
- If the claim is open: Number of days from creation of the claim up to the present date
- If the claim is closed: Number of days from creation of the claim up to the date on which it was last closed
For performance reasons, the system does not consider any occurrences of the claim being closed temporarily.
