Use
Means that the task and/or entry in the activity log is visible to the policyholder or customer via the internet.
The customer can view the processing status of his/her claim via the internet. Only those tasks and log entries in which this indicator is set are displayed in this customer view.
Dependencies
You can check which tasks or log entries are visible to the customer for each individual claim. From the SAP Easy Access screen choose: Insurance -> Claims Management -> Claim -> Processing Steps (Expert) -> Display Processing Status of a Claim (Customer View).
