Use
This field, like the country field, is mainly used in connection with the Always Covered flag.
Dependencies
If the Country field contains a value, specification of a region is optional.
You can also specify a region without having to specify a country beforehand. The selection of a region implies specification of a country. The Country field is filled automatically.
