Use

The following categories of communication type exist in the Claims Management system:

• Standard note

  This comprises the communication typesE-Mail, Letter, Face Time. You create these notes directly in the Note screen.

• Telephone note

  You can create telephone notes for inbound and for outbound phone calls. When you create a telephone note, the system displays a dialog screen. You have to enter additional data on the telephone note in this dialog screen.

Using the category of communication type you determine which fields the system displays with a note. With category Telephone note the system also displays the fieldsr Call from, Call for, Telephone number, Time (of phone call).
