Rule for claim control

Use

You can call a claim control rule at a number of different places during claims processing. The rule checks existing data to see whether a condition exists or not.

Rules are usually used to ensure that actions are executed with certain events, based on conditions. You can also use rules in Customizing of internal types to determine the question sequence in facts capture, and to determine limits and deductibles in the compensation calculation.
