Use

You can use this field for the following:

• If you want to close collective subrogation/recovery, you must first enter a change reason here.
• You can use this value to provide the reason for write-offs. If you create a subrogation/recovery receivable and then post, reverse, or write-off this receivable, the system transfers the value in this field to the interface of the Collections and Disbursements system. The system also copies this value in this field to the Transferred Change Reason field (Settlements tab page, Settlement Details section). For this usage, the entry in this field is optional.
