Documentation
Definition
Claim bundle type of the collective invoice that is created automatically by the system when a payment proposal is saved.
Use
When the system creates a collective invoice when a payment proposal is saved, it transfers attributes of the payment proposal, such as participants or invoice date, to the collective invoice. The system assigns the payment proposal (and possibly any associated invoice) to this new collective invoice.
As long as this collective invoice is only assigned to one single payment proposal, the system automatically transfers all subsequent changes in the payment proposal to the collective invoice as well.
Dependencies
You define the possible claim bundle types in IMG activity Define Claim Bundle Types. Ensure that a collective invoice is a claim bundle type with the claim bundle type category of Collective Invoice.
Via Business Add-In (BAdI) Changes with Invoices and Collective Invoices you can change the attributes that were transferred to the collective invoice from the payment proposal.
