Use
The setting in this field indicates that the amount in the field is a compensation amount.
You can select one of the following claim item categories:
- <empty> for No Deduction
The field of the compensation amount contains the starting amount selected for the payment.
In detail, the Compensation Amount field then contains the following entries:
- For a selected claim item:
- Amount of the current evaluation of the claim item
- For a claim item for which procurement is intended:
- Amount of the current evaluation of the claim item
- For a selected item that is associated with a claim item:
- Sum of all payment items for this claim item (including those selected)
- For a direct payment item:
- Amount of the direct payment item
- For a claim item for which payments exist, but which has not been selected:
- Sum of payments for this claim item
- 1 for Deductible on Claim (Before Limit)
The field of the compensation amount contains the deductible to be retained before application of the limit
- 2 for Deductible on Compensation (After Limit)
The field of the compensation amount contains the deductible to be retained after application of the limit
- A for Total Claims
The field of the compensation amount contains the total sum for the specified benefit type before application of limits and deductibles for this benefit type.
- B for Limit
The field of the compensation amount contains the amount of the limit.
- C for Compensation Total
The field of the compensation amount contains the total sum for the specified benefit type after application of limits and deductibles for this benefit type.
- S for Interim Sum of Subclaim
If cross-subclaim limits or deductibles exist, the compensation amount field contains the total for a specific subclaim (determined by the subclaim field).
This is the total before application of limits and deductibles at cross-subclaim level.
- 3 for Quantity-Dependent Deductible on Claim (Before Limit)
The field of the compensation amount contains the entire deductible before deduction of the limit.
- 4 for Quantity-Dependent Deductible on Compensation (After Limit)
The field of the compensation amount contains the entire deductible after deduction of the limit.
- L for Deduct by Limit (not used)
- D for Advance Payment (not used)
