Use

If a benefit is claimed for the coverage in this line in a claim, the system checks whether a special probationary period has been defined for this benefit type in the customizing.

If a special probationary period has been defined, no benefit with this benefit type can be claimed for the coverage in this line before the period specified in this field.

Dependencies

You specify the probationary period with a benefit type in IMG activity Configure Benefit Type Trees at the level of the Benefit Type Tree in the detailed view of the relevant benefit type.
