Use
If you create a note when you are processing a claim, you can assign an authorization group to this note in the Auth.Group field. To be able to do so, you yourself need authorization that is assigned using authorization object I_ICL_SUBX. If you do not have this authorization, the system does not provide you with any input help in the Auth.Group field.
Assignment of an authorization group has the following significance in claims processing:
- If you assign an authorization group to a note, this note is only displayed to users in this authorization group during claims processing, and only such users can change this note. This means, for example, that you can create "secret" notes within a department that can only be accessed by a select number of employees.
- If you do not assign an authorization group to a note, this note is displayed to all users (with authorization to display) during claims processing and all users (with authorization to change) can change this note.
Authorization object I_ICL_SUBX is also used to define which authorization groups you can assign when you create a note.
