In this case, the appraisal order is represented by the following:
- Date on which the order for the appraisal was placed
- Description of the appraiser
Use
In an appraisal receipt you can refer to the related appraisal order and thus state that the appraisal receipt is a result of this appraisal order.
Dependencies
If you fill the reference, the values for the following fields are transferred from the appraisal order to the appraisal receipt:
- External reference
- Appraisal reason
- Type of appraisal
- Business partner number of the appraiser
A value is only transferred if no other value was entered in the relevant field, in other words, the field is still empty.
