Definition
Rejection reason of an item in the claimed items list. It describes why a claim item has been rejected. It might be that certain benefit types are not covered at all, or that they are not covered by the contract in question.
Use
If a rejection reason is assigned to a claim item, it is not paid out.
The rejection reason appears in the compensation calculation. The corresponding amount of the claim item is set to zero.
