The field is only displayed in the system if you set the following flag in the detail view for the relevant payment method in Customizing of FS-CD in IMG activity Define Payment Methods (IMG path: Collections/Disbursements -> Business Transactions -> Payments -> Incoming/Outgoing Payment Creation -> Define Payment Methods):
