Definition
Indicates the claim bundle type that should be passed on to the current task of the claim.
Use
You can pass on a task from a claim to a claim bundle.
To do so, proceed as follows:
- Enter the claim bundle type in this field. The task can only be passed on to claim bundles with this type.
- In the Task/Log Entry field (ICLE_MESSAGE), enter the task from the claim bundle. When the task is created in the claim, the task is automatically created in the claim bundle that you define here.
You can then process the facts from the task in the claim bundle.
Dependencies
You have defined the required claim bundle type in IMG activity Define Claim Bundle Types .
A task can only be passed on to a maximum of one claim bundle type.
You have defined the required claim bundle task in IMG activity Claim Bundle: Define Tasks and Log Entries .
Example
Serial errors in the Collective Invoice claim bundle type:
For example, the task Wrong Price in Invoice Item X in Invoice Y of Collective Invoice Z is created. This task might occur in many items of this invoice and possibly even in many items in other invoices of the collective invoice. It therefore makes sense to process this serial error in a task in the claim bundle.
Define the following for the task Wrong Price in Invoice Item X in Invoice Y of Collective Invoice Z in IMG activity Define Tasks and Log Entries:
- Claim bundle type Collective Invoice
- Task from claim bundle Serial Error in Collective Invoice
