If this flag is set, the given anonymous ICF logon data controls the ICF logon data of other logon procedures (for example, X.509, Single Sign-On, Basic Authentication), as well as those for special ICF services.
If this flag is not set, the given anonymous ICF logon data is only used if the other logon procedures cannot be used, and for special ICF services if no anonymous ICF logon data is specified for these services.
