Definition
When a HTTP error (for example, logon error with error code 401) occurs, and a redirect to another URL is specified, this ICF service flag determines whether and how form fields that have already been set are sent via HTTP request to the new URL. This flag can be be set to one of the following:
SPACE: no form fields are sent.
'1': the form fields are sent in text format.
'2': the form fields are sent in Base64 format.
