Definition

If this flag is set, the activity in question is only executed if the request is sent from the host with exactly the same IP address as the current SAP GUI (that is, the same computer). This is relevant particularly if the request comes from a browser on the current host without the involvement of a proxy.

If this flag is not set, the activity in question is executed independently of the sending address of the request. This is relevant particularly if the request is sent from one SAP instance to another SAP instance.
