Flag that indicates whether an ICF service is an alias for another ICF service. If it is, the flag has the value 'X', and the field ICFALIGUID contains the GUID of the ICF service to which the alias points.
If this is a normal ICF service with a handler list (no alias), the field has the value ' '.
