Documentation
Definition
The installed base is used by different applications. The FILID enables the use of different database tables for each application.
When you create an installed base, the indicator is copied from Customizing for the installed base category to the installed base record.
Warning:
You should only change the FILID for an installed base category, if no additional installed bases are created. Otherwise, you must use the database tools to move the data to the other physical tables.
You can find more in formation in the documentation for table T371b.
