Use

Dependencies

  • It must be mentioned that this text shown after completion only makes sense with tasks, in other words, with entries in which the Entry Is a Task indicator has been set.

    With log entries, leave the field blank.

  • If you do not store any text after completion for a task, the text that the system displays in the log after completion of the task is generated automatically from the text of the task.

    Example: If a task is along the lines of Check Facts, the text that is generated is Task "Check Facts" Completed.

  • Do not store any text after completion with tasks in which the following applies:
    • The indicator Purely Manual Task is set
    • The indicator Text Changeable is set
    • The Text field contains placeholders.

      In the last two cases, the task is always created with a changed text. This changed text should remain after completion.

  • If you assign one or several activities to the task, these activities can have their own text. In this case, the texts of the activity are used.

    You also define the texts for these activities in this IMG activity at the level of Define Activities in the Activity Text field.
