Documentation
Definition
Special action that brings an anomaly to the attention of a performer, requiring the performer to process it.
0 to n activities can be assigned to a task.
Use
You can use tasks in the Business Rule Framework (BRF). There, you can store a task for a specific anomaly in a control predicate. When the BRF recognizes the anomaly in claims processing, the task defined here is created.
The task then appears in the following:
- List of pending tasks in claims processing
- Business Workplace
- An executed task appears as a log entry in the Log screen in the list of executed process steps.
