Definition

Use

Means that the claim handler cannot complete the task manually. This means that the Flag Task as Executed function is then inactive in the application.

Dependencies

This setting is only relevant for tasks that can be completed automatically. These are tasks that are created either by a control predicate or a BRF action.

Accordingly, do not set this indicator with tasks that you can create manually. You define whether a task can be created manually in IMG activity Configure Internal Claim Types, at the level of Subclaim -> Permitted Manual Tasks/Log Entries.

Example

When you create a payment in the application, you can configure the system so that it automatically creates the task PYAPL4 (Payt to Be Approved (Random)). As soon as the relevant claim handler releases the payment, the task is regarded as completed.

If you permit manual completion for such a task, it is possible for the claim handler to flag the task Payt to Be Approved (Random) as executed even though the payment has not yet been approved. The task would then disappear even though the anomaly (payment needs to be approved) has not yet been rectified. ist.
