Use
The claim handler can change the text of an automatic task once this has been created.
The system then displays the Change Task Text function in the task list.
Dependencies
The following conditions must be met:
- In Customizing activity Configure Tasks, Log Entries, and Activities, you have set or not set the following indicators for the task:
- Text Is Changeable: The indicator is set
- Purely Manual Task The indicator is not set
- The task must not yet have been completed.
- The claim handler is authorized to change the task.
Example
The claim handler has established that the text of an automatic task is not correct and wants to correct the task text.
