Definition
The service window determines the times at which a customer is entitled to service. The service types allowed are defined as codes in Customizing and recorded in a response_profile.
Use
You can define the exact service times in the service window and enter the response profile assigned to it.
Example
Case 1
You can determine in the service window that the service defined in the response profile is available from Monday to Friday, 8.00 - 12.00 and 14.00 - 18.00.
Case 2
If the response profile includes a change of day, define the entries as follows:
Start time End time
Entry 1 08.00 18.00
Entry 2 18.01 24.00 - Change of day
Entry 3 00.01 07.59
