Documentation
Definition
Hierarchy level for classifying response profiles.
Use
You can assign various response profiles to a hierarchy, whereby hierarchy level '1' is the highest level, that is, it represents the best solution.
Example
A certain response profile is defined in the maintenance contract. If you create a service notification that contains another response profile, the system automatically selects the profile with the higher hierarchy level.
