Definition
In the ERS process, the purchase value of goods can be debited to the vendor in case of return deliveries. You can also debit a handling surcharge (HSC) to the vendor.
Use
If you set the handling surcharge indicator for a movement type, and have maintained a percentage or absolute surcharge in the vendor master, the ERS run calculates a handling surcharge for all goods issues with this movement type.
Dependencies
If you set the handling surcharge indicator for a movement type, the system automatically sets the document split indicator for the movement type, since it is not possible to include all the settlements in one invoice document.
