Definition
In a view of the organizational structure you specify which objects, which Column group and which headers the system should display.
For the user, the views are a point of entry to iViews, where the user can perform business tasks for the objects displayed in the view.
Example
In the Directly Subordinate Employees view, a manager selects an employee and, at the end of a project, creates an appraisal for that employee in the corresponding iView.
