Use
Using the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001), the system determines the administrator responsible for the request scenario that a manager executes in the Change Request for Employee Data iView.
For each employee, the infotype contains an administrator for administrative data, one for Payroll, and one for Time Management.
The administrators who are responsible for a particular scenario are assigned using fixed values in the system. These correspond to the three fields in the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001) as follows:
- A Administrator for Administrative Data
- P Administrator for Payroll
- T Administrator for Time Management
Example
A scenario is used for changing an employee's working time. You assign the administrator type T to the scenario, so that the administrator for Time Management, assigned to an employee in the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001), receives the change request and can perform the changes in the system.
