Use
In the Change Request for Employee Data iView, the special payment reason in the Special Payment scenario shows the manager the possible special payments.
With this field you can specify that you do not want the system to display wage types on the form.
The manager can choose the same special payment reason for different countries, as the wage types are assigned country-specifically.
Recommendation:
For the special payment reason, enter a descriptive text that is self-explanatory. The manager can then simply choose a special payment reason from the list.
