Specifies in which calendar year the key date is, compared with the calendar year in which the analysis period starts.

Use

You can choose from the following options:

• The key date is in the calendar year before the year in which the analysis period starts.
• The key date is in the calendar year in which the analysis period starts.
• The key date is in the calendar year after the year in which the analysis period starts.

Dependencies

Example

In your enterprise, the performance assessments and potential assessments are performed on a yearly basis that ranges from March of a calendar year to February of the following year. For performance assessments, you want to specify the key date as December 1, which is before the start of the analysis period, meaning before March of the current calendar year. To do so, select Previous Year in this field. If you select Current Year, December 1 of the current year is used as the key date.
