Use
A group merges multiple related analysis periods. If you use only one analysis period in your enterprise, the group contains this period only.
Dependencies
Example
In your enterprise, the performance assessments and potential assessments are performed every six months. For this, define an analysis period from March 1 to August 31 and a second analysis period from September 1 to February 29. You merge both of the periods in a group.
