Definition
Specifies the hierarchy level for which a talent review meeting is conducted. If the same employee is discussed in more than one talent review meeting, the performance and potential classification that you choose in the talent review meeting at the highest level is the deciding classification.
Use
Dependencies
If there are performance and potential values from more than one talent review meeting for an employee for the same period, the system creates multiple infotype records. The system uses the level of the talent review meeting that is defined in the infotype records to decide which is the valid infotype record.
