Definition
Specifies whether the qualification category can be used for the talent assessment on a form with which managers assess the competencies of their employees.
Use
All qualification categories for which you set this indicator can be selected when creating a form for assessing competencies. If you select one or more of these categories for your form, the system inserts all assigned qualifications into the form.
Dependencies
Example
You set this indicator for the Core Competencies category and assign the qualifications Q1 to Q5 to this category. You create a form for assessing competencies and select the Core Competencies category. When assessing the competencies of an employee, a list of the qualifications Q1 to Q5 is available for the manager in the form. The manager can define his or her assessment for these qualifications accordingly.
