Definition

Determines whether the field is displayed directly in the dialog box for filtering the grid view.

Use

If you indicate a field as a standard filter it is displayed directly in the dialog box for filtering the talents for the grid view.

If you do not indicate the field as a standard filter the user can add the field to the dialog box.

Dependencies

We recommend that you only indicate a few fields as standard filters as the fields and their values are displayed in the dialog box. If you set the indicator for too many fields, there may not be enough space in the dialog box.
