Definition
The sorting of employees in the planning table for shift planning is saved in variants. There are two types of variant:
Statistical variants: they consist of a fixed sequence of personnel numbers that cannot be changed. These variants only apply to initial objects (for example, organizational objects for which they were created.
Dynamic variants: these consist of a generic rule according to which the selected employees are sorted. This can be one or more information columns or employee names.
The variants can be planned with the following attributes:
Cross-user: The variants are saved without the user name and are therefore available for all users.
Presetting/Default: The variants are loaded when shift planning is called. The rule that user-specific variants are loaded before user-independent ones applies.
