Definition

There are three different variations of the color you have selected:

• Normal
• Intensive
  The selected color is displayed in a darker shade.
• Inverse
  The selected color is displayed in a lighter shade.

Use

This allows you to specify that shifts belonging to the same category, such as working times (flextime), absences (illness), or attendances (seminar visit) can be displayed in the shift plan in the same color.
In this way, it is easy to recognize business situations, such as if an employee is at work, or on availability duty.

Note

The colors that you have at your disposal are dependent on your current GUI status.
