Definition
The start point of the shift abbreviation sequence determines which day number (DayNo.) should be used for the start of the sequence.
Use
On the first day of the processing period, the system automatically assigns the shift abbreviation sequence DayNo. 1.
If you want the shift abbreviation sequence to begin with a day number other than DayNo. 1, enter the desired day number in the Start point input field.
On the first day of the processing period, the shift abbreviation sequence begins with the day number you have specified.
Procedure
Enter the number for the day on which the processing period sequence is to begin.
Examples
You are editing the period 01-31 March. The shift abbreviation sequence must begin on 01 March, and is defined as follows:
DayNo. Weekday Shift Position
1-4 Monday-Thursday FLEX
5 Friday FLEX 1
5 Friday Availability 2
6 and 7 Saturday, Sunday OFF
01 March is a Friday.
Enter the day number 5 in the Start point input field.
