Here you specify that the assignment of employees to requirements should only take place if the requirements interval would cover the employee's working time.
Example
An exmployee works daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You want to assign this employee to the requirements interval 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The assignment can not be made because the employee's worksing time would not be covered by the requirements interval.
