Definition

In this field, you specify whether additional information is output with the standard information, and if so, which information.

Use

In the standard system, the following information is displayed and printed:

  • Employee's first and last name
  • The information columns selected and displayed in the shift plan
  • Day of the week and date
  • Shift abbreviation and (optional) the shift time

For the additional information, you can select:

  • Availability duties
  • Break schedule/break times
  • Information text for shift
  • Lines to display calendar weeks

Procedure

Select the information that you want to display and print in addition to the standard information.
