Definition
Here, you can set the order in which the shift abbreviations are shown in the shift abbreviation bar.
Use
You can choose to show a shift abbreviation bar in the shift plan.
If you select a shift abbreviation or abbreviation field on the shift plan, and then click on a shift from this bar, the shift entered in the shift plan will be replaced by the abbreviation chosen from the bar.
You can choose from numbers 1-999, where the lowest number always represents the abbreviation to be displayed at the top of the bar.
Note
When you set your sequence, use multiples of 10 or 100, so that you do not have to start all over again if you have to make entries at a later point in time, as there will still be free numbers at your disposal.
Activities
Assign a number to a shift abbreviation corresponding to the order in which the abbreviation is to be displayed in the bar.
