The position number is used to differentiate between shifts that have been defined for a day.

Example

A non-working shift (FR) and an availability duty (AV) are required for a day that has the day number 5.

Procedure

Give the shifts assigned to a day a position number (numerical order).

Make sure that a position number does not occur more than once on a particular day.
