Definition

You specify suitability criteria and order, according to which, employees are selected from the system, and proposed for assignment to uncovered periods.

Example

The following factors should be taken into consideration when assigning an employee to a shift:

• Qualifications
• Employment percentage

The main criteria for selection is the employee's qualification rather than the employment percentage, and the employees are proposed for selection according to their assignment.

In the Prio 1 input field, enter Qualifications and in the Prio 2 input field, eneter Employment percentage.

The system selects employees on th basis of these suitability and priority criteria, and displays the information as an assignment proposal.
