Definition
If employees are not available due to (temporary) assignments, their shift information is not displayed in the relevant periods on the Overview screen.
This function allows you to specify whether or not their shift information is still displayed on the printout.
Warning
If you select this function in the standard printout mode, you cannot output information on breaks or availabilities at the same time.
