You can create a text here that gives more detailed information on the shift.
Use
Create an information text to record specific information about a shift, such as details of experience of a personnel administrator that are relevant to the planning stage.
To access the text in the shift plan, choose Edit -> Shift details
Procedure
You can create a one-line information text directly in the Info input field.
To create a longer information text, use the pushbutton for the Infoinput field, which will take you directly to a text-creation screen. You can record detailed information in this screen.
Remember that only the first line of this text is displayed in the Info input field.
