Definition

Contents and Name of the information column that is displayed in the shift plan (target or actual plan).

Use

In the fields Info column 1 to Info column 4, set the following:

  • the display sequence of info columns in the shift plan (info column 1 is displayed as the first info column after the name column)
  • the information that is to be included in the info columns of the shift plan

Activities

  • Use the possible entries function to select the information that is to be displayed in the shift plan.
  • When choosing the information to be displayed, remember to set a sequence for the display.

Note

You can define the information available in the possible entries function in the IMG for Shift Planning, under Info Columns and Proposal Determination.

You can specify that the information has the following characteristics: can be viewed, can be changed, can be saved.

If information is defined as can be viewed and also cannot be changed, the info column is always displayed in the same position in the shift plan.

This means that no other information is available in the possible entries function.
