Definition
You can set any priorities for the suitability criteria.
In this way, you can control which employees are proposed by the system first.
By setting priorities for the suitability criteria, you can also set the sequence that the system uses to assign available employees to requirements.
You can set priorities for the proposal determination feature within the Assignment Assistant.
As a result of the priorities you set, the system will propose first any employees who match these settings.
Procedure
For priority 1, select the suitability criteria that is to be regarded as the most important when selecting employees to cover a requirement.
You can define which suitability criteria is available in the possible entries function in the IMG for Shift Planning, under Info Columns and Proposal Determination -> Define Hitlists.
