Documentation
Definition
Display whether a shift is defined as an attendance.
Use
You can define a shift as an attendance, absence or availability.
This allows you to differentiate between shift times or working times in time evaluation.
Examples:
- Shift time Training/Seminar should be valuated in time evaluation as an attendance
- Sickness times should be valuated in time evaluation as an absence
- On-call duties should be valuated in time evaluation as an availability
Activities
First, define the desired shift with an individual, specific shift time.
Then select the line for this shift, and choose Attendance from the menu bar.
In the dialog box that appears, specify the desired attendance type , as well the personnel subarea grouping.
The shift is now indicated as an attendance.
Dependencies
Shifts that are to be indicated as attendances and absences must be defined with individual working times, or without specifying a daily work schedule.
