Definition

You can use this assignment parameter to adjust the working time to the requirements.
The working time adjustment can be one of the following types:

  • Change working time
A substitution record is created in Time Management.
You can specify which substitution type is created in the IMG for Shift Planning, under Define Substitution Types.
  • Extend working time
An attendance record is created in Time Management.
If you use the possible entries function here, only the attendance types that were selected in the current shift group for defining partial-day requirements with the Attendance attribute are displayed for selection.

Activities

  • To adjust the employee working time to match the times assigned to the requirement, select this assignment option during the assignment procedure.
  • Choose an adjustment type by selecting the Substitution or Extend column.
  • If you select the working time extension adjustment type, you must select an attendance type in the AttAb column.
